I’ve tried a bunch of recipes since the start of 2012. Not sure whether I’d start a blog or not, I didn’t take pictures or record all my modifications (I rarely make a recipe without changing something). But from this point on, I promise to take pictures and share the recipes with you. In the meantime, check out the list and get a feel for my favourite tastes =)

You picked well. I can totally see you loving the quinoa cakes! 2 years ago I made a New Year’s resolution to try one new recipe a week, and now it’s something I really enjoy =)
Would you believe I haven’t ever used quinoa before? Can’t even tell you why … We tend to do at least 2-3 new recipes a month, but generally not ones as ambitious as these!
I just recently made zucchini parmesan casserole – it was SO good! (And pretty easy to make).
Yummy =) I would think with avoiding gluten, it would be one of your go-to grains. It’s very tasty and full of protein.
