Hook, Line, and Sinker
One of my little DIY projects for 2012 is to clean up the entrance hall of the house. Last year, I started by redoing the old mail box. I also want to build a little bench for taking off shoes, replace the old tacky Ikea coat rack with some elegant hooks, and put in a custom built shoe rack. This week I started on the hooks.

Last weekend I made a neck warmer & hopefully I can knock two more out this weekend.
Also, I’ve been working on a rag rug! And now that my mom’s sewing machine is in my house, I’m having a hard time with run away DIY projects in my mind – so may options! What to do first?!
