As expected, December is not going to be an easy one to meet my healthy living challenge, that is to make this Christmas season binge free. This past week alone, I hosted a gingerbread house raising, made Christmas cookies and blondies (will be sharing those recipes soon) for a church event, and made Christmas candy and bars (also on their way) for our Christmas party. And oh yeah, we had the Christmas party with a giant dessert buffet. I’ll admit it, I did have seconds, but I didn’t overdo it – partially because I knew I had this challenge. Why not come and join in too. You’ll have the chance to win a Mastrad Oil Mister. Just click on the blog button below.
Just click on it to accept the challenge. Then add it to your own blog with the following code:

Gingerbread House Raising: December Bakemasters party. It was so much fun =)
Gingerbread House Recipes and How-To: All the specifics to make your gingerbread dreams come true
Caprese Salad Bites: An awesome appetiser, that’s easy but looks great! Perfect for Christmas parties =)
Pasta with Shredded Brussels Sprouts and Pine Nuts (Emmy Cooks): With a bit of a sugar overload, I think I need something both healthy and comforting this week. This one fits the bill. I love the idea of shredding brussels sprouts.
Peppermint Crunch Cookie Dough Ball (Picky Palate): It’s a giant cookie dough ball to put next to your cheese ball and then you have an entire meal at your fingertips.
Candy Cane Bagels (Half Baked Harvest): How cool are these? Seriously, must go make this right now!
Great job! It’s hard to resist temptation this time of the year. When we were traveling, I had quite a few desserts
I bookmarked that peppermint cookie dough ball too, doesn’t it just look so pretty and delicious?
Sooo tempting!
